Job Responsibility:
Define and execute short and long-term of Mobile financial services strategy for consumer services including card, mwallet technologies, CTB (Charge to bill), POS, card on file and other fintech opportunities
Evaluate overall market trends, competition and identify new growth areas for mobile financial services
Provide recommendations for new financial solutions through market analysis, working closely with other internal departments, evaluating group best practices and own personal experience
Identify the best product portfolio, bundle and mass roll out strategies for consumer customers based on right segmentation
Be a customer champion to make sure superior customer experience is provided through mobile finance services
Understand current payment laws and regulations such as TCMB (Merkez Bankası) law, MASAK (Mali Suçları Araştırma Kurulu) regulations, TBB (Türkiye Bankalar Birliği) regulations and BTK announcements and laws
Good understanding of banking, financial institutions and fintech industries in Turkey and apply relative models to Vodafone
Lead end-to-end product management activities of the team and responsible for team’s timely delivery of all existing and new products
Lead end-to-end Fraud and customer operations teams to ensure customer experience and Fraud prevention actions
Be the champion of financial services within and outside of Vodafone
Own the strategic product roadmap for all solutions, aligning with technology roadmaps and company plans
Work collaboratively with multiple marketing segment teams to prepare go-to-market plans by ensuring channel readiness / support for new and existing products
Continuously improve digital finance services portfolio performance through reducing customer support needs and proactively managing customer issues
Own yearly financial performance (full P&L ) of businesses to ensure all financial KPIs are met and exceeded regularly
Constantly look for new, partnerships and business models to increase overall business performance and profitability with 3rd party finance organisations
Manage effective portfolio pricing for all products with penetration and high profitability
Constantly take actions to drive margin improvements through product efficiency
Identify mass penetration ideas to rapidly increase usage of mwallet product suite and CTB activities
Own mobile financial services targets with partners to ensure VF TR realizes its ambitious plans for short-mid and long term
Establish and develop effective relations with partners within Vodafone partner eco-system to ensure that VF is the preferred supplier in the market
Constantly look for new product/business model ideas through financial partners, to increase overall mobile finance business performance
Establish and manage a team with high capabilities to exceed business targets for all segments
Monitor the performance of direct reports regularly and guide team members to ensure high success rates
Develop regular career development plans for direct reports and team members
Coach and guide own team members and Consumer services team to improve team’s overall communication skills and performance
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
Telecommunications, Finance, Banking and overall technology know-how
Strong Product Management and marketing know-how
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong Inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
Excellent finance and/or telecom industry knowledge
Strong Leadership skills and Team management experience
