Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Finance & Business Applications Lead to own and scale our finance systems landscape. You will sit at the intersection of Finance and Engineering, taking end-to-end ownership of our ERP, budgeting and related finance applications. Your focus will be on building scalable architecture, ensuring clean and reliable data, and driving automation across the finance technology stack. This is not a support function. You will shape system design decisions, define the roadmap for finance tooling, and ensure our systems can support a fast-growing, multi-entity and highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a lead position with genuine ownership, strategic visibility and hands-on responsibility.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end finance systems stack - ERP, budgeting tools and related integrations
  • Design scalable system architecture that supports growth, automation and strong financial controls
  • Lead ERP configuration, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity, master data governance and robust reporting structures
  • Oversee system integrations with internal tools and third-party providers
  • Partner closely with Finance, Engineering and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions
  • Manage external vendors and implementation partners where required
  • Define and execute the roadmap for finance technology evolution

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in finance systems, ERP ownership or digital finance roles
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP implementation or major system upgrade
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, controls and data structures
  • Experience working in a multi-entity or international environment
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • A structured, systems-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Nice to have

  • Experience in a fast-paced fintech or product-led environment
  • Exposure to API-based integrations and system automation
  • Background in consulting or transformation projects
  • Experience building or scaling finance systems in a high-growth company

What we offer

  • Working with a highly motivated and successful team of high performers - with real ownership and room to grow
  • A culture that values talent, ideas, and execution
  • Real impact - your work will help shape growth for a product used by millions of investors
  • Challenges that will help you grow fast and unlock your potential
