We are looking for an Experience Strategist with 4+ years’ experience in the Life Sciences industry to join our Accenture Song team in Dublin. This person should have a thorough knowledge of the life sciences industry and digital marketing, as well as creative curiosity, strong problem solving skills, and excellent attention to detail. You will join our team to help create seamless, innovative, and market changing experiences for our clients. You are a seasoned practitioner who can zoom in and out and thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and creativity. You enjoy pushing a vision and bringing it to life, getting your mind and hands into the details. You have the ability to assess a situation, identify key insights, and develop solutions that ultimately aim to improve patients’ lives. You are at ease within the omnichannel ecosystem in the Life Sciences industry and understand its key challenges. You have excellent communication and methodical skills and experience growing business relationships and leading digital engagements.

Job Responsibility

  • Remove the mystery from the translation of facts and information into ideas and impact
  • Ensure that engagement and content solutions developed by strategy and creative teams are properly integrated within larger marketing programs aligned to drive customer experience
  • Collaborate with executional teams during project development to ensure strategies are effectively carried through development and handoff
  • Contribute to the development of crosschannel measurement plans and KPIs, and develop recommendations and approaches based on performance analytics
  • Contribute to digital, social, and innovation fluency across the agency as a whole
  • Partner with the broader team to contribute to the development of pitches, proposals, POVs, strategies, and tactical programs that satisfy the business goals of our healthcare clients and beyond
  • Continually educate our team and clients on the vital role insights play in growth and success
  • Drive ideas from data to conceptual platforms through to deployment, delivering measurable business results
  • Stay up to date on market trends, societal shifts, and strategic initiatives in health and wellness and other key verticals, promoting innovation and acting as an ongoing evangelist for alternative approaches
