The Digital Enterprise Platform Lead is responsible for driving digital transformation, innovation, business partnership, service excellence, and technology adoption within the Supply chain function of our business. Acting as the primary connection between the Supply Chain function and the IT/Digital organization, the Digital Enterprise Platform Lead will align Supply chain functional priorities with central Digital & Technology platform capabilities, drives the successful rollout of digital products, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement and digital dexterity.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary technology partner to Supply chain functional leads, ensuring alignment between digital capabilities and business priorities
Manage and prioritize local digital needs in alignment with the function and central digital roadmaps
Understand business processes, process mapping (e.g., supply chain processes, E2E flows) pain points, and improvement opportunities
Drive continuous improvement and a strong innovation culture across the business unit
Identify opportunities for digitization, automation, and emerging technology adoption
Participate in agile product teams representing the country business perspective
Support MVP development and drive functional ownership of innovations delivered by the Digital Factory
Coordinate release cycles with central teams, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing business disruption within the function
Oversee change management, communication, and training for new digital deployments
Monitor product/service adoption and drive value realization
Drive the design and implementation of user‑centric digital solutions across all functions
Ensure stability, availability, and performance of digital platforms through effective partnership with central teams
Enable strong digital experience for employees, customers, and consumers
Drive CAPEX and OPEX efficiency through rigorous benefit tracking and ROI measurement
Ensure cost optimization through effective digital investments and vendor coordination
Ensure adherence to GDPR and other applicable data privacy regulations
Promote secure, compliant, and ethical data usage across the function
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related discipline
5–7 years of relevant experience in IT Business Analysis, Digital transformation, IT Project Management, or IT Business Partnering roles
Hands-on understanding of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics — preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sector
Strong capability in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
Proven project management skills
Relevant professional certifications, such as: Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA), Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Agile/Scrum (CSM, PSM)
Nice to have:
Experience working in Agile environments is an added advantage
