The Digital Enterprise Leader will drive Digital Transformation initiatives across the organization, working in close collaboration with Commercial team (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Coffee and Premium Spirits). The role focuses on delivering innovation, MVP development, and adoption of digital capabilities to achieve measurable business outcomes. It requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence change across multiple functions.
Job Responsibility:
Business Partnership & Engagement: Align with business functional priorities and build trust
Ensure stability and performance during transformation
Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Drive functional ownership of innovations as part of Digital Factory initiatives
Digital Transformation: Prioritise local requests and deployment needs
Enable successful product/service deployment and adoption
Organise and sustain a skilled digital community within the function
Participate in agile team programming and continuous improvement
Financial Management: Drive cost optimisation through efficient CAPEX/OPEX management
Data Protection & Privacy: Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy requirements
Service & Experience Design: Deliver user-centric product and service design
Release Management & Quality Assurance: Coordinate regular releases to ensure smooth transitions and manage change effectively
Requirements:
Strong business awareness blended with digital & technology expertise
Proven experience in digital transformation initiatives and agile methodologies
Ability to influence decisions and build consensus across diverse stakeholders
Experience driving digital capabilities development and adoption within function
Experience with Design Thinking, innovation frameworks, and benefit realisation (ROI)
Familiarity with data privacy and security fundamentals
