Empower users to thrive in Qargo from day one! Join us as digital Enablement Manager and craft trainings & tools that turn complexity into clarity! As Digital Customer Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring both customers and internal teams fully understand, adopt, and extract value from Qargo’s Transportation Management Software. You will design, create, and scale high-quality digital enablement content, from webinars and workshops to training academy modules and product highlight videos. This role combines creativity, instructional design, and data-driven decision-making to deliver engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and deliver digital learning experiences, including: Webinars and interactive workshops
  • Product training modules for the training academy
  • Short-form product highlight and feature videos
  • Other enablement content that drives adoption and product understanding
  • Translate complex technical product features into clear, accessible content for non-technical audiences
  • Develop and maintain enablement materials such as user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify content needs, adoption gaps, and learning opportunities
  • Use data and customer feedback to iterate on content, improve engagement, and measure learning outcomes
  • Ensure all enablement materials are scalable, self-service, and accessible for both customers and internal teams
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, adoption rates, and content impact to guide future initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and digital adoption across the organisation

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer enablement, digital learning, instructional design, or a related field
  • Experience with SaaS products, enterprise software, logistics, or transportation is a strong plus
  • Strong content creation skills, including webinars, video production, and interactive learning modules
  • Hands-on experience with CMS, LMS, digital adoption platforms (DAP), and video editing/production tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure content effectiveness and optimise learning experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex product concepts
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a scale-up environment
