Job Description

The Digital Enablement & Change Specialist is a subject matter expert, responsible for supporting the implementation of global digital transformation initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and drive the execution of change management initiatives activities and programs, thereby increasing employee adoption and usage.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, deliver, and evolve digital and blended learning solutions that address capability gaps and support IT strategic changes
  • Monitor, evaluate, and refine learning interventions to ensure measurable outcomes in adoption, engagement, and business value uplift
  • Understands and anticipates the direction of the business area(s)/unit(s), identifies opportunities, and makes recommendations to support change and adoption
  • Demonstrates understanding of the Change and Enablement approach and deliverables
  • Partner with the Change Management Practitioners and business stakeholders to align priorities with change mitigations and business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring stakeholder needs are understood and addressed
  • Continuously improve effectiveness through experimentation, data-driven insights, and feedback loops
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation to drive an industry leading approach

Requirements

  • Applying change management approach within a large-scale multinational technology services environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to execute learning strategies as part of change management mitigations
  • Practical knowledge of a Digital Adoption Platform (advantageous)
