Job Description:

The Digital Development Analyst role incorporates diverse digital technologies into an ever-changing workforce, implementing these technologies to optimize and industrialize digital tools across the organization in collaboration with global teams to drive transformation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working with Digital Use-Case owners to design and implement specific solutions and deploy them on a country, regional or global basis
  • Working with the various functions within Finance and GFTS (Global Functions Technology Services) to ensure that the digital strategy is optimal given current and emerging digital realities and opportunities
  • Tracking cross-functional activities and ensuring consistency in the processes and methodologies that are deployed
  • Supporting the teams globally to improve their understanding of the impact of emerging technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations and solutions for how to adopt new standards and requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent is preferred
  • +/- 3 years of experience in the Financial Industry desired, ideally in Product Control
  • Highly skilled in digital tools and capabilities (i.e. KNIME, Tableau, Python etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong business analysis and design skills
  • Strong communication skills that guide and influence others and interact effectively with business and technical teams
  • Experience and ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Previous management experience is highly recommended

Nice to have:

  • Solid experience in front-end development with JavaScript
  • Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • Solid knowledge of jQuery and Bootstrap
  • Basic knowledge of SharePoint list field setup and maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of CRUD operations via SharePoint 2013 REST services (incl. list items, files and permissions)
  • Experience with CAML query schema, JSON and XML parsing via JS
  • Experience with SharePoint online, Power Apps experience is optional
