Job Responsibility:
Lead UX and UI design across the website, landing pages and product journeys
Design developer-friendly Figma files that translate smoothly into live ecommerce experiences
Build and maintain scalable design systems to support rapid testing and iteration
Design premium CRM emails and automated flows optimised for engagement and conversion
Collaborate with performance and content teams to turn insights into effective visual concepts
Create digital assets for paid and organic social channels
Design presentations, case studies and internal brand toolkits
Produce print-ready artwork for retail and offline touchpoints
Requirements:
Experience as a digital-first designer within a D2C brand
Strong portfolio demonstrating premium digital and brand-led work
Expert use of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Proven experience designing websites, landing pages, email, social and digital ads
Strong understanding of UX principles and how design impacts user behaviour and conversion
Interest in AI tools and emerging creative technology
