Job Description:

We’re seeking a Digital Designer to join our fast-paced, forward-thinking team on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role (3 days onsite in Fort Worth, TX) is ideal for a creative professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for crafting visually compelling digital experiences across marketing platforms.

Job Responsibility:

Design engaging digital assets including website visuals, landing pages, email campaigns, banner ads, and social media graphics
Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact digital experiences
Build and maintain design systems and reusable components in Figma to ensure brand consistency
Translate concepts into polished designs and interactive prototypes aligned with UX best practices
Stay current on design trends and digital innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table
Iterate on designs using feedback and performance data to optimize effectiveness

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio of marketing or product design work
Advanced Figma skills, including design systems, responsive layouts, and prototyping
A proven ability to create digital assets for web, email, and social media that are both visually appealing and user-friendly

Nice to have:

Strong grasp of branding, typography, and visual hierarchy
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and accessibility standards
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with tight deadlines
