Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and technically savvy Digital Designer to join a growing digital team. In this role, you’ll create engaging, on‑brand digital experiences across web, email, social, and presentation platforms. You’ll help bring the brand to life through thoughtful design, strong production skills, and a creative, systems‑oriented approach to problem solving. This position is ideal for someone who blends visual design sensibility, technical capability, and a user‑focused mindset.

Job Responsibility

  • Design digital assets across web, email, social media, and marketing channels
  • Create scalable templates and design systems for cross‑team use
  • Develop visually compelling presentation designs (Google Slides strongly preferred)
  • Produce rapid‑turnaround design work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support website design and development, including layouts, components, and content updates (WordPress or similar CMS)
  • Participate in journey‑mapping and experience‑design sessions
  • Apply basic HTML/CSS for email or web asset adjustments
  • Design promotional materials, marketing visuals, and digital campaign assets
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to visually communicate strategies
  • Build email templates and data visualizations that simplify complex information
  • Contribute to basic animations, motion graphics, or lightweight interactive prototypes
  • Work closely with cross‑functional partners across marketing, product, web, content, and analytics

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of digital design experience in an agency or in‑house creative environment
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Skilled in Figma, including components and prototyping
  • Comfortable using Canva for quick template development
  • Proficient in Google Slides and presentation‑design best practices
  • Experience with email design and basic HTML/CSS
  • Strong production skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Experience building templates and working within established brand systems
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and core design principles

Nice to have

  • Basic animation or motion graphics experience (After Effects, Figma motion, etc.)
  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, or similar CMS/automation platforms
  • Light coding knowledge beyond HTML/CSS (e.g., JavaScript or CMS templating)
  • Data visualization experience (charts, dashboards, infographics)
