We are looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Designer (aka Digital Designer) who is passionate about using visual effects, animation and other cinematic techniques to bring life to their creations. With uncanny ability to bring motion to static images, through usage of 2D and 3D animation techniques. The right candidate will blend strong visual skills, creative skills, storytelling and the ability to utilize several motion graphics tools; mainly After Effects. The Digital Designer will work closely with the marketing team, video producers and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high quality video content that reflect our client's marketing priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Create customer-facing video assets from start to finish, used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, TV, and more)
Think strategically and understand the “big picture” of a particular project/campaign, and the needs of all stakeholders
Work closely with Video Producer Team to create and develop strategy and design for on-air promos and campaigns
Commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget and on brand. This is a fast paced environment, so being able to meet tight deadlines is a much lauded and appreciated skillset
Consistently track and showcase relevant inspiring works to motivate and inspire creative production teams
Should be able to drive scalability and repeatability by building (or commissioning) standard operating processes (SOPs), style guides, pre-sets and templates for video imaging or other creative processes
Requirements:
1-3 years of design experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, or fresh graduates with prior internship experience
Understanding of post-production workflows and experience working in After Effects and Adobe Premier environment
Experience in designing and creating 2D motion graphics (3D is a bonus but not a necessary skillset)
Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software, mainly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Cinema 4D is a plus
