Digital Designer

• Collaborate with Digital and Marketing teams to ensure graphics and branding align with overall objectives and guidelines
• Design graphics for digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, web banners, headers, icons, infographics, email campaigns, social graphics, and templates
• Support cross-functional teams with implementation of digital creative assets
• Manage and maintain digital asset libraries, including campaign assets, photography, design files, fonts, icons, images, templates, and tutorials
• establish proper file organization and naming conventions
• Assist with implementing new software integrations and system updates to ensure the team is equipped with the latest tools
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date on digital trends and contribute to fresh content ideas and strategic initiatives
• QA digital outputs and provide feedback to development teams or agencies
• Communicate design concepts through visual comps and interactive prototypes across teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital or multimedia design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital design and 360º campaign activations
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices, responsive design, mobile-first design, and site/CRM optimization (load speed, SEO, localization)
• Proficient in design principles, typography, color, layout, and detail-oriented work
• Experience with web development, digital marketing, and project management tools
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• strong Mac system skills
• familiarity with PowerPoint and collaboration tools a plus
