We are looking for a Digital Designer to support a busy marketing team on a contract basis in Duluth, Georgia. This opportunity is ideal for a creative individual who can step into an evolving environment and produce high-quality digital assets while maintaining consistency across brand materials. The role offers fluctuating hours driven by changing project needs and focuses on template-based design, quality review, and high-volume creative support.
Job Responsibility:
Create digital design assets that align with established brand standards for multiple related brands and marketing initiatives
Refine and adapt existing templates into accurate, visually consistent deliverables for presentations, brochures, and other digital materials
Review creative files carefully to verify typography, numerical data, layout alignment, and correct version usage before release
Provide design support for a large volume of deck reviews, helping ensure each piece meets quality expectations and visual guidelines
Contribute to the production of a digital-only awards book exceeding 100 pages, maintaining organization and consistency throughout the project
Partner with the marketing team to address overflow creative needs created by team changes and increased project demand
Manage ad hoc assignments with flexibility, adjusting priorities as workflow volumes shift over time
Work independently in a fully remote setting using personal equipment while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong design quality
Support creative work that may be tracked through Workfront as part of the team’s project workflow
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, brand-aligned creative work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Strong graphic design fundamentals, with an excellent eye for typography, spacing, layout, and detail accuracy
Experience creating or updating brochures, presentation materials, or other structured marketing collateral
Ability to work within established templates while preserving visual consistency across multiple deliverables
Comfortable handling fluctuating workloads and responding effectively to changing project priorities
Capable of working remotely with a personal laptop and managing assignments independently
Strong organizational and quality-control skills, especially when reviewing high-volume creative content
