We’re looking for a Digital Designer to join our (awesome) creative team. As a Digital Designer at Blis, you will be an all-rounder who is not only efficient across the Adobe creative suite, but someone who can help identify technical challenges and bring their ideas to life. Once you’re up & running, you’ll have the creative freedom to manage your own projects and work with amazing brands to produce best-in-class solutions across their digital campaigns. We access a wide range of formats such as display, video, audio, DOOH and native but a majority will be rich media. This will include solutions such as DCO, gamification, attention metrics so some industry experience is recommended. You will report into the Head of Creative Services and collaborate with the wider client facing teams on multiple projects at once so time management and communication is of importance.
Job Responsibility:
End to end set up for clients: ideation, designing, build, QA, launch and ongoing troubleshooting
Design, build and deliver creatives across a variety of specs
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain the highest quality of design output
Ensure continuity of delivery within agreed timeframes and to high standards
Accurate archiving of all assets and back-up of all files and assist in the preparation of case studies
Contribute to internal training across sales, Ops, Product and Marketing
Support the Marketing team with any ad-hoc tasks if necessary
Ensure that all work meets or exceeds the quality standards of the creative team
Requirements:
Efficient use of the Adobe creative Suite
Good understanding of HTML and CSS
Experience building animated content
Ideally 12 months + in a junior creative role (ideally in a media company)
Ability to articulate ideas across to clients and key stakeholders
Strong story-telling skills through user experience and interaction
