We are seeking a strategic and creative Mid-Level Digital Designer to help elevate our brand identity across our digital ecosystem. This role is focused on the visual experience of our CRM channels—specifically how design influences user behavior and drives conversion across Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messages, and Content Cards. You will be responsible for the creative lifecycle of digital assets, from initial brainstorming to final visual delivery. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of mobile-first design and knows how to create high-performing visuals that thrive within the constraints of various digital messaging platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Concept and create visually compelling designs for a variety of CRM needs, including promotional launches, informational updates, and automated lifecycle journeys
Help maintain and evolve scalable CRM template systems in Figma to ensure design consistency and speed-to-market
Apply best practices for digital accessibility, responsive layouts, and 'dark mode' optimization to ensure a premium experience for every user
Ensure all communications strictly adhere to brand guidelines for typography, color, and imagery while pushing creative boundaries within those guardrails
Work closely with Marketing Specialists and Copywriters to ensure visual assets align with campaign goals and the overall digital strategy
Partner with external agencies and internal developers to ensure all design files are properly structured, documented, and ready for technical implementation
Use campaign performance data (CTR, engagement) to iterate on designs and test new visual approaches
Design custom graphics, icons, and GIFs to add 'pop' and engagement to digital communications
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in digital design, graphic design, or advertising
Experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), Retail, or E-commerce is a significant plus
Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong grasp of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy specifically for mobile and web interfaces
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and a high volume of creative output
Strong ability to present creative concepts and take feedback from cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience designing within Lifecycle Engagement platforms like Braze
An understanding of the technical constraints of email (e.g., how 'live text' vs. 'images' impact accessibility)
A portfolio demonstrating high-energy, consumer-facing digital work
