Job Description

As digital engagement becomes increasingly vital to our marketing and customer experience strategy, you will play a key role in shaping outstanding digital experiences for our customers and patients. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data & insights colleagues to deliver campaigns and platform improvements that are both commercially effective and clinically reassuring.

Job Responsibility

  • Design clear, intuitive user journeys for booking eye tests and understanding eye health
  • Simplify complex information into accessible, user-friendly experiences
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for new features
  • Collaborate with the Data & Insights team to analyse user behaviour and funnel performance
  • Translate UX concepts into high-quality, accessible UI designs

Requirements

  • Strong experience in UX, UI, and digital creative design
  • Proven ability to design conversion-focused journeys, particularly for service-based businesses
  • Experience using analytics to inform design decisions
  • Good understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

Nice to have

  • Experience with design tools like Figma and Adobe Photoshop
  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Trello and Jira
  • A passion for designing experiences that genuinely help people, especially in a healthcare context
