The Digital Delivery Product Owner is responsible for leading a team of web editors, eCommerce editors and Designers to enhance Coloplast's digital solutions, ensuring that websites are tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse global markets. This role plays a crucial part in driving customer engagement and satisfaction by integrating new content and functionalities that deliver a seamless digital experience. Digital Delivery Product Owner owns the end-to-end delivery of digital content and functionality - from planning and prioritization to launch and continuous improvement - ensuring that global standards are balanced with local market needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing end to end digital solution rollouts as a product owner or delivery lead
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage a rollout backlog
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies (like Optimizely) and tools such as DevOps, Jira
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and clearly communicate scope, priorities, and decisions
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to identify risks, resolve delivery impediments, and drive issues to closure
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
