What you’ll gain: Hands-on experience with AI/ML, data, and digital products; Exposure to agile ways of working (Scrum, sprints); Strong technical and analytical skills. Tools you may work with: Python, SQL; ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch); LLM / GenAI exposure (nice to have); Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure); Data tools (Power BI); Dev tools (Git, CI/CD basics). What you’ll do: Build dashboards and analyse datasets; Support AI/ML or digital product development; Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business. What you’ll bring: You don’t need to have everything figured out – but you’ll likely thrive in this programme if you bring: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (completed within the last 3 years or graduating soon); Confidence working in English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred); Spanish is a plus; Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in learning and growing; Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; A problem-solving approach and willingness to take on new challenges; Openness to combining work with a university-accredited course during the programme. Before applying, a couple of practical things to keep in mind: You must have full right to work in Spain; You’ll be enrolled in a university-accredited course alongside your role; The programme starts on 1 October 2026 and requires a 12-month commitment. What we offer: Alongside meaningful work and development, you’ll receive a competitive compensation package including: €32,000 gross annual base salary; 5% annual bonus; Social benefits package; Up to €3,000 development support to help cover the cost of your university-accredited course.
