Job Description

Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth coordination of schedules, communications, and essential tasks within the R&D function. This includes managing data submissions for product registration, creating and maintaining R&D dashboards, and supporting digital proficiency across processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications
  • Organize and prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and product registration
  • Create and maintain R&D dashboards for tracking timelines, KPIs, budgets, and deliverables
  • Utilize digital tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in digital tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Points, and collaboration platforms)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail for data accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Nice to have

Experience in FMCG administration and/or regulatory operations is a plus
