Job Description:

Stanton House is supporting a major telecoms partner undergoing a digital transformation. We’re looking for a Digital Data Analyst who can take ownership of rebuilding all digital reporting and bring strong SQL expertise to a new and evolving team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving reporting issues at the root, building scalable data foundations, and working closely with a new Digital Lead to modernise digital measurement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Rebuild and streamline all digital reporting over the next 6–9 months (major focus of the role)
  • Extract and model digital data using SQL (GA4, BigQuery/Databricks)
  • Build clear, reliable dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
  • Support verification of Tag Manager setups and onboarding of new digital vendors (e.g., AppsFlyer, attribution tools)
  • Help define online journeys and funnels for future digital reporting
  • Provide insight on digital performance trends and optimisation opportunities
  • Work proactively with stakeholders, prioritising effectively and pushing back where needed

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL experience (comfortable working with large datasets)
  • Experience with BigQuery
  • Ability to build dashboards beyond drag‑and‑drop templates (but not a full BI developer)
  • Exposure to GA4, GTM or similar digital analytics tools
  • Understanding of digital journeys, funnels and online performance metrics
  • Proactive, takes initiative, manages their own workload effectively
  • Confident pushing back and shaping requirements rather than waiting for direction
