We are seeking a motivated, energetic intern who brings creativity, analytical thinking, and strong organization to our digital customer enablement initiatives. This role will focus on projects that enhance the way internal teams and customers engage with our digital tools, data, and insights.
Job Responsibility:
AI-Driven Sales Assistant Discovery Project: Research market best practices for AI-powered sales assistants and virtual selling tools
Conduct internal stakeholder interviews to assess needs, use cases, and capability gaps
Review customer data and digital behavior to inform recommendations
Synthesize research into a comprehensive proposal summarizing findings, options, and recommendations
Present final proposal to key stakeholders at the end of the internship
Enhance Digital Product Data: Review existing product data for accuracy, clarity, and relevance across digital channels
Identify gaps and improvement opportunities that support both existing and prospective customers
Assist with Asset Planning, Sourcing, and Creation: Support the development of digital and promotional assets for internal and external audiences
Help organize informational materials for trainings, product launches, or customer communications
Source existing materials and coordinate with creative resources for new asset creation
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, data science, or a related field
Strong communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to have:
Familiarity with customer journey mapping, persona development, or VoC methodologies
