Requirements:
Deep understanding of experimentation and data-driven decision-making
Confidence in designing experiments, running A/B tests, and applying statistical and analytical concepts
Hands-on experience with experimentation programmes—ideally within enterprise environments
Ability to influence product decisions through robust data and testing
Working knowledge of Figma, GA4, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience in managing and/or coaching others
Collaborative, commercially minded, and passionate about continuous growth
Strong communication skills to break down complex ideas for non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels
Attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise
Supportive of colleagues and proactive about keeping up with the latest in experimentation and personalisation
