Are you passionate about using your technical skills to make a real difference? We’re looking for an exceptional CRO Developer to join our Digital CRO & Analytics team, where your expertise will fuel charitable income growth through data-driven experimentation and impactful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic team of specialists, developers, and analysts, collaborating closely with UX/UI, Content & Journeys, Product and other partners. Together, you’ll drive our mission forward – supporting life-saving research and helping millions of hearts beat stronger for longer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests
  • Take visual briefs, analyse requirements, build front-end experiences within testing tools
  • Oversee the successful launch and monitoring of each test
  • Serve as the go-to technical expert for the CRO team
  • Master testing tools to ensure seamless test setup and rollout
  • Support the wider CRO team by reviewing and troubleshooting tests

Requirements:

  • Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Ability to translate visual briefs and requirements into front-end experiences
  • Experience working with UX/UI designers and within a design system
  • Knowledge of accessibility and UX best practices
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of QA
  • Knowledge of custom tracking code (datalayer events)
  • Experience reviewing and troubleshooting tests
