We’re looking for a digital creative with experience in performance marketing to join our team as Digital Creative (Performance). Reporting to our Senior Social & Influencer Manager, this newly created role plays a critical part in bringing our brands to life across digital touchpoints, from Web, eDM, Display to Social. You’ll design, produce, and publish high‑impact digital content that doesn’t just look good — it performs. From EDMs to online stores and beyond, your work will drive traffic, capture leads, and optimise conversion, helping turn online browsers into online shoppers.
Job Responsibility:
Create mobile‑first, performance‑driven digital assets and publish on schedule
Translate briefs into cohesive, on‑brand creative that feels fresh, engaging, and authentic for digital placements
Bring ideas to life through static and motion assets that elevate storytelling and conversion
Monitor performance via GA4 and Klaviyo dashboards
produce post-campaign creative learnings
Requirements:
Worked client‑side and understand the full lifecycle of digital and performance marketing
Strong grasp of marketing automation and know how to build journeys that convert
Experienced in creating dynamic visuals and motion graphics for email, online retail and paid social environments
Collaborative team player who thrives working across multiple brands and projects
