Robert Half’s client is seeking a highly skilled Digital Creative Manager to lead digital content development, creative strategy, and workflow management within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a creative leader who excels at balancing hands‑on production with structured project management. The position requires strong experience using Smartsheet to manage creative operations, timelines, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead concept development and execution of digital creative assets, including social media content, web graphics, email visuals, video storyboards, and digital advertising
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables
  • Provide creative direction to designers, freelancers, and external vendors
  • Review and refine creative assets to ensure quality and alignment with campaign goals
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop digital content strategies that support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Optimize creative assets for performance across digital platforms
  • Analyze creative performance metrics and recommend improvements
  • Build and manage project plans, creative calendars, and production workflows using Smartsheet
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Create Smartsheet dashboards, reports, and automated workflows to streamline communication

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital creative management, digital design, or creative project management
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital creative work
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet for workflow management and reporting
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience producing creative for digital marketing channels (social, web, email, paid media)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in education, technical training, aviation, or related industries
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics
