You will report into the Creative Lead in London. With strong ideas, a keen eye for new ways of developing work and creating the best in class you will work across multiple projects and have a core understanding of all key stages required to move an idea from its pure form to creating collateral across multiple channels on and offline. You will have extensive project experience, overseeing the end-to-end development of strategic projects.
Job Responsibility:
Develop creative ideation that flows holistically showing best in class use of motion graphics and typography
Work directly with the Lead Creatives directly and wider marketing teams supporting all elements of strategic design work
Work as part of a team or autonomously
Use core understanding of brand development and consumer insights to align projects when working through a brand refresh
Use concept and storytelling combined with core design skills to bring great ideas to life
Use knowledge through all available tools to support and develop the creation of next level marketing communication
Use innate creative flair and concepting skills for new ways of thinking about design and creative solutions
Use strong project management skills to manage multiple projects seamlessly
Requirements:
A minimum of 3+ years of industry experience
Experience running projects through design and copy teams
Conceptual thinking: The ability to take complex ideas and transform them into compelling visuals
Design skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, experience in web design, including video editing After Effects, and Premiere are essential along with a working knowledge of AI tools
Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrable experience of working across all online content (static and animated) and using social media posts, web design, and other as appropriate for any given project
Working on print-based collateral with great knowledge of branding
The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients
Excellent engagement skills, with the ability to proactively organize and pitch ideas internally and to wider teams
Bachelor’s Degree in or higher in a relevant creative / design based subject
A minimum of 3-4 years of industry experience, in a design agency, brand or freelance capacity
A strong portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of digital and print design, extended understanding of graphic design including typography and composition with a proven understanding of launching creative ideation from campaign to content
