Job Description:

We’re looking for a Digital Creative Designer (eCommerce) to create high-converting digital creative that supports the growth of our Shopify stores and Klaviyo email campaigns across multiple Vitaco brands. Reporting to the Senior Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager within the Marketing AU team, this is a hands-on creative role sitting at the intersection of eCommerce, CRM, digital marketing and performance creative. You won’t just design assets — you’ll help shape how our brands show up online and how customers engage, click and convert across our digital ecosystem. Working closely with Social, eCommerce and Brand teams, you will develop compelling digital creative while contributing to the evolution of scalable, AI-enabled creative production workflows. This role is ideal for someone who understands that strong creative is not only visually engaging — it also delivers measurable performance outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, build and optimise high-converting digital assets across Shopify stores and Klaviyo email campaigns, including hero banners, landing pages, email templates, promotional tiles and product visuals
  • Support the development of scalable AI-powered creative workflows using tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI and ChatGPT
  • Translate marketing and campaign briefs into visually compelling and commercially effective digital content
  • Run A/B and multivariate creative testing to improve click-through and conversion performance
  • Partner with Brand, Social, eCommerce teams and external agencies to deliver consistent, on-brand digital experiences across multiple brands and markets

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years’ experience designing digital creative within eCommerce, FMCG, CPG or retail DTC environments
  • Strong capability across Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and/or Canva
  • Hands-on experience working within Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused digital design and customer engagement
  • Experience designing assets across email, web and digital campaign channels
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment with strong attention to detail

Nice to have:

Experience with AI-powered creative tools, basic HTML/CSS, motion graphics or marketing automation platforms
