Job Description:

The Cost Analyst for the Digital team plays a key role in developing tools, processes, and frameworks that promote financial transparency and governance across the entire Digital portfolio. This position is critical in supporting informed decision-making by delivering clear insights into budget allocations, actual expenditures, and overall financial performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Financial Visibility & Reporting: Develop tools and frameworks to provide clear, end-to-end visibility of Digital budgets, including variance analysis and forecasting across business units
  • Cost Attribution & Governance: Implement processes to attribute Digital and cloud costs across business areas, ensuring transparency, compliance, and alignment with financial policies
  • Dashboards & Analytics: Build and maintain user-friendly Power BI dashboards for tracking budgets, project financials, and cost drivers, enabling self-serve analytics and financial transparency
  • Forecasting & Optimization: Support regular forecasting cycles, conduct variance root-cause analysis, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency and optimization
  • Governance & Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to financial governance standards, assist with audits, and support cost recovery efforts across Digital services and assets

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on process improvement and cost optimization
  • Proficient in Power BI or similar analytics tools
  • Knowledge of FinOps or cloud cost management (preferred)
