Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Digital Copywriter to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will create compelling and impactful content tailored for various platforms, including social media, advertising, and marketing collateral. Your expertise in crafting persuasive and engaging copy will play a key role in connecting with targeted audiences, particularly within the healthcare sector.

Job Responsibility:

Write engaging and creative social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and maximizing both paid and organic reach
Analyze creative briefs to understand project objectives, audience nuances, and messaging requirements
Develop draft content for stakeholder review and implement revisions based on constructive feedback
Uphold and maintain the brand’s voice and style by producing concise, consistent, and conversational copy that reflects organizational standards
Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to produce cohesive and visually appealing content
Ensure all written materials are accurate, well-crafted, and aligned with strategic goals
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance content quality
Manage deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of copy for various projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail
2 plus years of relevant experience in copywriting or content creation
1 plus years of experience crafting content for corporate or agency environments
Proven ability to write for diverse media formats, including digital, social, print, and broadcast
Strong editorial and communication skills with an attention to detail
Familiarity with brand identity principles and how messaging integrates with visual design
Preferred experience in healthcare or technology sectors
Knowledge of project management tools and Agile or Pragmatic Marketing methodologies is a plus
