As we continue to scale across Europe, strong organic visibility and high-quality content are essential growth drivers. To support this next phase, we’re looking for a Digital Copywriter (SEO & GEO) who combines excellent writing skills with deep expertise in search optimization. Your mission is to drive organic growth by producing high-quality, long-form and conversion-oriented content, fully optimised for both traditional search engines and generative AI environments. You are first and foremost a hands-on digital copywriter, responsible for consistently delivering content at scale. At the same time, you are the SEO & GEO expert within the marketing team. You bring the hard skills, research capabilities, and search know-how needed to ensure content performs.
Job Responsibility:
Long-Form Content Creation & Optimisation: Create and optimise high-performing long-form content across website pages, landing pages, blogs, lead magnets, and customer cases
Write conversion-focused content that drives engagement, supports campaigns, and strengthens organic growth
SEO & GEO Expertise and Performance Ownership: Own the full SEO & GEO approach for content, including keyword research, search intent analysis, topic clustering, and content structuring
Apply on-page SEO best practices (headings, internal linking, semantic structure, metadata) and optimise content for AI-driven generative search visibility
Manage technical SEO aspects such as crawlability, indexability, internal linking, structured data, and collaborate with relevant teams where needed
Support authority-building and backlink strategies, ensuring content is suited for high-quality external references
Track, measure, and optimise content performance using analytics and search insights, continuously improving rankings, traffic, and engagement
Creative Copy & Value Proposition Translation: Translate product features and value propositions into clear, compelling, and conversion-oriented copy, aligned with ICPs, audiences, and buyer journey stages
Propose content ideas proactively, identify opportunities, and turn complex product concepts into engaging, actionable stories
Balance creativity with results, ensuring content drives relevance, engagement, and measurable business outcomes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Copywriter with strong SEO expertise, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-driven environments
Hands-on experience producing high-quality, long-form content that performs in search and drives conversions
Hands-on experience with keyword research, search intent analysis, and on-page optimisation
Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and how they impact content performance
Familiarity with or strong interest in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI-driven search behavior
Comfortable owning SEO & GEO strategy independently within a team
Creative, proactive mindset combined with a data-driven approach
Fluent in English and excellent level of French
