Job Description

Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client that is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Copyeditor/QA to support digital marketing projects for a Contract position based in Broomfield, Colorado. In this role, you will help ensure creative assets are accurate, well-prepared, and aligned with campaign standards before release. You will work closely with project and account partners to review content, track updates, and maintain quality across a variety of digital deliverables.

Job Responsibility

  • Review digital marketing materials to confirm accuracy, consistency, and overall quality before final distribution
  • Verify copy elements such as promotional language, pricing, keywords, and offer details throughout the production cycle
  • Document media metrics using approved creative source materials and maintain organized supporting records
  • Coordinate revisions by tracking feedback, monitoring updates, and confirming that requested changes are completed correctly
  • Provide administrative and project support to account and creative teams to help keep deliverables on schedule
  • Perform quality assurance checks across assets such as social content, email copy, and digital display materials
  • Help manage multiple active assignments while maintaining deadlines in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements

  • Strong proofreading and copyediting skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience supporting digital projects or marketing production workflows
  • Ability to manage timelines and prioritize several assignments at once
  • Clear written communication skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with quality assurance practices for digital content and creative assets
