Job Description

This Long-term Contract position focuses on creating, refining, and publishing digital content that aligns with updated brand expectations and delivers a strong user experience. The role also contributes to search visibility by applying SEO best practices, improving on-page content, and helping strengthen overall site performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Transfer and refresh website materials for publication on updated digital platforms, ensuring content is accurate, well-structured, and visually consistent
  • Create and publish new pages within the content management system while maintaining alignment with established brand guidelines and editorial standards
  • Review existing web copy and page layouts to improve readability, formatting, accessibility, and overall presentation
  • Support organic search initiatives by applying on-page SEO improvements, updating metadata, and resolving content-related issues that affect discoverability
  • Conduct keyword research as needed to inform content updates and help identify opportunities to expand search reach
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to organize, revise, and maintain web content that meets business and audience needs
  • Use CMS tools to manage ongoing content updates efficiently while preserving quality and consistency across the site

Requirements

  • Experience managing and publishing digital content within a web content management system
  • Hands-on knowledge of CMS platforms, including WordPress or similar tools used for website administration
  • Strong understanding of web content standards, page formatting, and online editorial best practices
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, including keyword research, metadata updates, and content optimization techniques
  • Ability to review and edit content carefully for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Experience working with website content in a structured, detail-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple content priorities effectively
