Job Description

This role will focus on managing and optimizing digital communications across multiple web properties and digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content authoring, website maintenance, digital optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering high-quality digital experiences within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Create, update, maintain, and optimize website content and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Support ongoing website enhancements, content updates, new page creation, and functionality improvements across multiple digital properties
  • Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve digital effectiveness
  • Produce regular analytics and performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders, business owners, UX teams, and developers to execute digital communications initiatives and support omnichannel campaigns
  • Assist with project coordination activities including timelines, content workflows, resource alignment, and implementation support
  • Ensure websites and digital assets meet accessibility, compliance, QA, and legal review standards
  • Collaborate with technology and platform teams to troubleshoot broken links, functionality issues, and platform-related concerns
  • Contribute ideas related to SEO, UX, digital strategy, and emerging digital communications best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content authoring and website content management
  • Experience supporting website management, digital communications, content publishing, or digital marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, web analytics, UX principles, and digital optimization strategies
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Figma, and enterprise CMS platforms
  • Ability to interpret digital performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Google Analytics or other digital marketing certifications are a plus
