Job Description:

Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities. We are looking for a Digital Content Producer, Temporary to join our New York based entertainment division. The role of producer of digital content is responsible for helping to lead the ideation, development, execution, and postproduction of digital/social video content from start to finish. They must be well versed in social trends, filming, producing, project management, and editing as well a dealing with different needs and personalities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Production management: Oversee the entire production process from start to finish - includes helping with ideation, execution, and post
  • Content creation: Ideate, write scripts if needed, storyboard, and direct shoots to capture video and still content
  • Collaboration: Must work with social, marketing, creative leads, as well as the show teams on a daily basis. Must be able to work well with different personalities and teams to ensure a cohesive final product is created that aligns with the creative vision and brand goals
  • Strategy: Must work with the strategy team to create content for each platform that meets the business goals
  • Analytics & Success: Ability to understand the success of content, tying it back to business goals and benchmarks
  • Social Expertise: Must understand individual platforms, consumer behavior, social trends and conversations

Requirements:

  • The ability to develop content and stories that engage audiences and effectively convey a message
  • The capacity to work independently and as part of a team while adapting to shifting project scopes and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and planning skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders
  • An eye visual detail and the confidence to suggest and execute fresh, creative ideas
  • Understanding of all social platforms, with the ability to evolve, grow and learn
  • Positive personality, determined and eager to do more
  • Comfortable in high volume, high stress, quick paced environments that are always changing

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus
  • understanding of media and television is preferred
