At Orient Express Sailing Yachts, the Digital Content Coordinator ensures seamless content management, distribution, and alignment across all B2B and B2C channels. This role is not focused on content creation but on coordinating, updating, and optimizing existing content to maintain brand consistency and support luxury storytelling. You will work closely with marketing & communications teams, sales, and external partners to curate, synchronize, and manage content that reflects the elegance and exclusivity of Orient Express Sailing Yachts.
Job Responsibility:
Content synchronization: Manage and update B2B/B2C content across platforms (web, CRS, newsletters, brochures) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards—without producing original content
Project coordination: Oversee copywriting and visual projects, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align timelines, brand guidelines, and distribution—focusing on implementation rather than creation
Tool and resource maintenance: Update and organize marketing materials (presentations, digital assets) to ensure all teams have access to the latest, approved content
Cross-team alignment: Act as the central point for content updates, ensuring unified communication with Sales, Digital, GRC, Communication and other stakeholders
Customer journey mapping: Ensure all touchpoints reflect Orient Express’s luxury principles by coordinating content updates across platforms
Content calendar management: Maintain and track content timelines, assets, and distribution to support marketing planning and execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in content coordination, project management, or digital marketing, ideally within luxury travel, hospitality, or cruise brands
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and align stakeholders
No content production required, but a keen eye for brand consistency, detail, and luxury storytelling is essential
Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal and CRM tools to track and distribute content efficiently
Analytical mindset: Ability to use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and alignment
Relationship-building skills: Confident in collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and leadership
Fluency in English & French required
Knowledge of the luxury travel landscape is highly valued.
