Job Description

Digital Content Associate to support the delivery of high-quality digital content across their website, LinkedIn channel and publications. This is a mission driven organisation working with government, funders and partners to address complex social issues. You will join a close-knit communications function where storytelling, accuracy and collaboration are key.

Job Responsibility

  • Create, upload and update content in CRAFT CMS ensuring clarity, accuracy and strong user journeys
  • Draft digital content including impact stories, interviews, articles and publication summaries
  • Manage day to day content on the organisation's LinkedIn channel including scheduling and engagement
  • Produce on brand graphics and visual assets using Canva and Photoshop

Requirements

  • Strong writing and editorial skills with experience simplifying complex topics into accessible content
  • Experience using a CMS to manage website content
  • Experience creating and managing organisational social media content ideally LinkedIn
  • Confident using design tools such as Canva and open to using AI tools within ethical and brand parameters
