Job Description:

Digital Consumer & Customer Platform Leader for the Digital & Technology Platform Services team in the Adria region (Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia). Responsible for driving digital agenda, business partnership, and adoption of new digital products within the Commercial area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Business partnership and engagement: Strategic alignment and collaboration with Commercial teams regarding digital solutions design and implementation
  • Full accountability for commercial platforms stability, availability and performance within Business Unit
  • Organize and coordinate cross functionally digital community of experts (Key users)
  • Digital transformation: Driving digital agenda within Commercial area (Sales, KA, Route -to Market teams)
  • Securing successful Group driven digital product/service rollout within BU
  • Prioritizing digital capabilities development with Group development teams & adoption within Commercial teams locally
  • Driving adoption of new digital products: Business ownership of (digital) innovations and driving implementation of new digital solutions
  • Coordination of the regular product/feature releases to ensure a smooth transition and change management
  • Drive automation needs of country processes, ensuring business value and improving productivity
  • Other tasks: Cost optimization through CAPEX and OPEX management

Requirements:

  • MA in Tech area, business administration or business informatics
  • 5 to 7 years of project management/business analysis experience in implementing digital solutions in B2B/B2C Commercial area
  • Commercial processes awareness blended with digital & technology savviness
  • Experience in one of the following areas: design thinking/agile methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of English language
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Dynamics & Power BI, Power App
  • Experience in working with: SAP ERP system, D365 CRM
  • Big data and advanced analytics
