Job Responsibility:

Push the edge of consulting: applying the latest AI tools and methods to solve real-world business challenges
Work on exciting client projects with large blue-chip companies
Solve complex problems and deliver strategy-driven solutions
Contribute to building internal processes, shaping implementation plans, and driving business development efforts
Dive into diverse tasks like market research, data visualization, and strategy creation
Opportunities to both lead and support workstreams
Play a pivotal role in scaling the business

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or completing Master studies (business-related preferred but not required)
Familiar with AI tools and concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering
Basic programming or automation skills are a plus (Python, JavaScript, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.)
Do not accept the status quo and always find a way to improve things
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Interested and motivated to work in a digital environment
Self-starter who wants a hands-on role
Curious and love diving deep into new topics
Excellent communication skills in English (C1 minimum), Dutch is a plus
Top performer demonstrated with outstanding achievements
Eligible work permit for an internship in the Netherlands
Availability from early January 2026

Nice to have:

Dutch language skills
Basic programming or automation skills (Python, JavaScript, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.)
