At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Digital Concierge Agent for the Season 2026 (minimum 6-7 months contract).

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage guest inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital Four Seasons Platforms to ensure personalized service and seamless experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests using the resort’s app, including providing real- time assistance with bookings, recommendations, and updates
  • Coordinate dining, spa, and activity reservations for guests through digital platforms, ensuring timely confirmations and smooth scheduling
  • Ensure accurate logging of guest requests in the resort's digital systems
  • Communicate with vendors and partners following established guidelines and procedures to ensure seamless coordination of arrangements
  • Handle emails and chat messages with a strategic approach, ensuring all correspondence is organized, tracked and documented at all times
  • Leverage guest profiles and preferences to anticipate needs and customize recommendations for their stay
  • Identify opportunities to promote resort services, upgrades, or experiences through engaging and persuasive digital communication
  • Proactively address any digital service issues or guest concerns with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibitions, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests
  • Is knowledgeable about transportation options within the city as well as all air and rail transportation options
  • Stay informed regarding new restaurant openings, popular dining spots and local attractions to offer expert recommendations

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Proficiency in Greek is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
