Grace is seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Communications team. Based in Manila, Philippines, this role reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Communications located at our Columbia, MD, USA headquarters. Join Grace's Global Communications Team as our Digital Communications Specialist! In this role, you’ll manage, enhance and optimize our intranet and company websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and easy to navigate. You’ll work with platforms like Staffbase and Adobe Experience Manager (or similar), collaborating with Communications and Development Team colleagues and across the company to keep our digital presence fresh, accurate and aligned with business priorities. You’ll also manage email campaigns by setting up, sending, and tracking internal and external messages. Success in this position requires strong technical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the organization. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in web content management, HTML/CSS, web design principles, and Google Analytics. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Pardot a plus.
Job Responsibility:
Create, update, publish, and maintain web content on company websites (primarily via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)) and on company intranet (via Staffbase)
Personalize web content and user experience using Adobe Target
Support campaigns by creating web pages accurately and on schedule
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cookie and accessibility compliance
Clearly communicate technical requirements to the development team and project-manage web development backlog
Set up, test and send mass emails via Pardot and Outlook
Maintain creative and digital assets in alignment with creative team
Track, measure and recommend website optimizations around search words (i.e., SEO) and AI search
Measure and report performance of digital assets and campaigns
Stay updated on best practices for digital marketing, AEM, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics (GA4)
Other digital, graphic and production tasks as requested
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience working on corporate web platforms, HTML/CSS and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Hubspot)
Understanding of GA4 and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics and strategies
Highly detail oriented, with a track record of managing multiple requests simultaneously and producing high quality, error-free content
Excellent writing and tactful communications skills
Able to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels
Able to translate data into actionable recommendations
Nice to have:
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager in a content authoring role
Experience working with Google Search Console and GTmetrix
Experience with SEMRush
Google Analytics certification or Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) preferred
Graphic design experience a plus
