Job Description

Are you passionate about creating content to engage a variety of audiences? We’re looking for a Digital Communications Officer to join our team and help produce engaging content for our digital channels, reaching a wide variety of audiences from our colleagues and customers to our stakeholders and the media. In an increasingly digital-first world it’s vital that who we are and what we do is clear online. We’re looking for someone who can keep our social media channels engaging, create digital campaigns, develop newsletters and enhance our web pages to ensure we remain transparent, informative and enhance our reputation. You’ll be a confident go-getter who loves to be out and about. Someone who is a whizz with a camera, who knows the right way to capture great photos and videos of our homes, customers and colleagues to showcase the great work we do in our communities. Evidence and reporting is the key to our success. We want to know how our content is performing, if our messages are landing and whether people are acting on what we’re telling them. So an ability to analyse metrics and keep up with the latest digital functionality is critical. This role can be based from our offices in Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Yeovil (BA22 8WN), Bracknell (RG12 1RF) or London (W10 5BN), but regular travel across Abri’s geography is essential.
