Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Communication Officer to join our Communications team, based in Athens, Greece. The role will support the execution of media initiatives that enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent, high-quality communication across all channels. Job Responsibility:

Monitor and update the progress of ongoing media projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
Support the planning, development, and execution of media campaigns in alignment with overall marketing strategies
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful delivery of campaign materials
Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot media projects, ensuring smooth execution and resolving issues as they arise
Assist in the daily activities of the Communications & Marketing function, including budgeting, planning, and project execution
Act as a liaison with internal departments to streamline procedures and support efficient workflows
Manage and track purchase orders, invoices, and payments to maintain accurate and timely billing processes
Proofread and revise contracts, agreements, and other documents for accuracy and compliance
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting on media and marketing performance metrics
Prepare and distribute competition monitoring reports to internal stakeholders
Collaborate with creative teams in the development of media content, offering guidance and feedback
Contribute to writing and editing text for print materials, websites, and marketing communication channels
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
+3 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with media monitoring tools and digital media environments
Knowledge of social media analytics and media performance metrics
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outputs
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
