Partnering across marketing, IS, and external teams, you’ll bring clarity and momentum to a complex digital ecosystem. Job Responsibility:

  • Own and coordinate digital commerce and marketing initiatives end-to-end
  • Act as the key link between marketing, internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and priorities
  • Guide initiatives through planning and approval frameworks, including Big Room Planning (BRP)
  • Drive optimisation and performance across digital platforms
  • Support strong data practices to enable better customer insight and personalisation
  • Champion continuous improvement, adoption, and best practice

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in roles such as Digital Platform Manager, Marketing Technology Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, or Digital Project Manager
  • Experience working with CMS, eCommerce platforms, and analytics tools (e.g. Sitecore, SAP Commerce, Google Analytics or similar)
  • A strong ownership mindset and comfort managing change and enhancements
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
  • The ability to prioritise and juggle multiple initiatives in a fast‑moving environment
