The Digital Channel Integration Specialist is a technical and process-oriented role focused on integrating new digital solutions into the existing ecosystem. Serving as a bridge between project delivery and operational teams, the specialist defines workflows, creates technical documentation, and leads testing efforts to ensure omni-channel digital products are operationally sound, scalable, and provide a flawless customer experience. Success in this role involves achieving seamless integration, robust documentation, and proactive system support.
Job Responsibility:
Define and document end-to-end business processes, technical workflows, and customer journeys for new digital initiatives
Translate business requirements into clear integration specifications for development teams and vendors
Create and maintain a central repository of clear and accurate documentation for all digital solutions, ensuring technical details and business flows are kept up-to-date
Lead hands-on integration and testing of digital solutions, including APIs, SDKs, and payment gateways
Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure solutions are of high quality and perform well before launch
Ensure on-time completion of testing cycles within project timelines to reduce critical defects pre-launch
Ensure operational readiness and smooth handover of new solutions to support teams
Provide ongoing support for integrated systems and manage solution vendors
Continuously monitor digital channel performance to drive improvements and meet key digital performance KPIs such as conversion, transactions, and sales.
Requirements:
Proficient in documenting technical processes and business workflows
Expertise in integration technologies and tools, such as APIs and SDKs
Proven ability in testing and quality assurance, including test case execution and defect tracking
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to improvement
Proven experience in a similar role such as Business and Integration Analyst with skills in documenting processes and translating business needs into technical requirements
Hands-on experience with integration technologies and tools, including APIs, SDKs, and CDP platforms, with an understanding of middleware and data platforms
Experience in creating and executing test cases, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and using tools like Jira and Confluence for project tracking
Creative and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
