Job Description

You are responsible for the day2day channel operations, and performance to deliver best in class experiences and support the achievement of the business objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development of the Global .com Strategy
  • Have a strong vision about how CX should be on the website
  • Build, optimize and develop the website in alignment with key stakeholders
  • Operate the CMS
  • Analyze the data to enhance your understanding of our users and deliver insights that drive personalized experiences
  • Create top notch, state of the art SEO friendly pages (in all languages)
  • Responsible for the website performance to achieve business objectives
  • Manage CRM system and deliver communication campaigns towards actual customers and prospects
  • Analyze data on a regular basis through existing platforms, including LookerStudio (Google) and Salesforce
  • Provide regular reporting
  • Agency management on a daily basis and budget management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital content, CRM, project management, publishing, and distribution
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
  • Affinity with UX and UI design
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance
