Job Description:

The Digital Category Specialist will support the execution of digital strategies to ensure an optimal online shopping experience for life-science customers. Working closely with Digital Category Managers, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional colleagues, the specialist will implement pre-defined category initiatives focusing on product enablement, discoverability, and merchandising. This role is crucial in ensuring that product pages, category structures, and positioning are accurate, consistent, and designed to drive optimal customer experience and online revenue.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the execution of digital strategies to ensure an optimal online shopping experience for life-science customers
  • Implement pre-defined category initiatives focusing on product enablement, discoverability, and merchandising
  • Ensure that product pages, category structures, and positioning are accurate, consistent, and designed to drive optimal customer experience and online revenue

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital merchandising, category management, product marketing, or a similar role
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally

Nice to have:

  • Execute product and category merchandising updates and site merchandising tactics
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with team support, to deliver on time and meet expectations
  • Assist in testing new site features, navigation enhancements, or content templates
  • Monitor key metrics (revenue, traffic, etc.) to identify issues or optimization opportunities
  • effectively communicate and impact appropriate KPIs
