Job Description

We’re seeking a Digital Campaigns Manager to own the end-to-end execution of our multi-channel digital demand generation engine. This is a tactical, execution-focused role where you'll build, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth across email, content syndication, paid placements, and directories. You'll be the execution engine behind our efforts to achieve our new logo revenue goal and build a scalable, data-driven marketing organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across email, content syndication, paid newsletter placements, and directories — from build through optimization
  • Build, test, and optimize email campaigns in HubSpot, including nurture tracks and promotional campaigns that drive MQL-to-SQL conversion
  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships to maximize lead quality and cost efficiency
  • Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to understand lead quality feedback, optimize handoff processes, and refine targeting criteria that improve SQL conversion rates
  • Design and execute rigorous A/B and multivariate tests across channels to continuously improve performance metrics
  • Conduct deep-dive performance analysis across the full funnel — from traffic and form fills through MQL, SQL, and pipeline — identifying optimization opportunities and making data-backed recommendations
  • Own campaign operations including setup, QA, launch workflows, real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and post-campaign reporting with actionable insights
  • Test and scale new digital channels through structured experimentation that maintains cost efficiency standards
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign execution, personalization, and performance analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or demand generation with a proven track record in B2B SaaS environments
  • Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability to build complex reports, analyze funnel metrics, and translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Proven experience building and executing email campaigns in marketing automation platforms — HubSpot strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and a solid understanding of lead lifecycle management
  • Experience partnering with Sales and BDR teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and sales follow-up effectiveness across the full customer journey
  • Demonstrated success managing vendor relationships for content syndication, paid placements, or lead generation programs with clear ROI improvement
  • Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests with statistical rigor and a hypothesis-driven approach
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter mindset — you take ownership of campaign performance and proactively identify issues and opportunities

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI tools (such as Clay, HubSpot AI, or ChatGPT) and a test-and-learn approach to evaluating new platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with HR tech, compliance SaaS, or enterprise B2B marketing, ABM strategies, or revenue operations is a plus

What we offer

  • Impact that matters. You’ll do work that shapes the future of the modern workplace
  • Flexibility and trust. We’re remote-first and results driven. You’ll have the freedom and flexibility to do your best work, wherever you do it best
  • Growth and development. We believe the best work happens when people are growing. You’ll have access to learning resources, leadership programs, and real opportunities to take on new challenges and expand your impact
  • Competitive rewards. We offer comprehensive benefits, a performance-based bonus program, and equity opportunities – because when we grow, you should too
  • Time for life. Recharge and reconnect with flexible time off, paid holidays, and flexible leave programs designed to support every season of life
  • Belonging and balance. We’re building an inclusive culture where every voice is valued, collaboration is celebrated, and success is shared
