Digital Business Partner – 12 Month Casual Contract\n\nPerth CBD | ASAP Start | Woodside Digital Team\n\nWoodside is seeking an experienced Digital Business Partner to join the Digital Portfolio Excellence team on a 12-month parental leave contract. Reporting to the Digital Portfolio Excellence Lead, this role will uplift capability across portfolio excellence, demand management and digital delivery processes, while driving the adoption and improvement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).\n\nThis is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who thrives in a maturing digital environment, can operate with autonomy, and brings strong stakeholder engagement and analytical capability.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the focal point for embedding and improving ServiceNow SPM models, workflows and ways of working
  • Support visibility, governance, prioritisation and strategic portfolio decision-making
  • Work across digital demand and delivery processes to improve intake, assessment and prioritisation of digital initiatives
  • Deliver insights and analysis across demand and delivery data to support AI-enabled prioritisation and portfolio valuation
  • Champion continuous improvement across standards, templates, governance and reporting
  • Partner with Digital and business stakeholders to translate pain points into practical improvements across tools, processes and operating rhythms
  • Lead adoption and continuous improvement of ServiceNow SPM and related modules
  • Analyse demand and delivery datasets to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Support governance, prioritisation and portfolio decision-making
  • Update and embed changes to standards, processes and templates
  • Build strong working relationships across Digital delivery teams and business stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Digital teams to implement improvements and transition changes into BAU

Requirements

  • Strong background in digital delivery environments, including demand, prioritisation and delivery workflows
  • Proven ability to operate as a credible Digital Business Partner
  • Confident stakeholder engagement across governance, steering and prioritisation forums
  • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting demand and delivery data
  • Experience driving process improvement across tools, governance and operating models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed, outcome-focused and comfortable working in a maturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM or similar portfolio management platforms is highly desirable
