Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute digital marketing activities to support business goals and optimize campaign and site performance
  • Manage customer segmentation and tailored digital experiences to improve traffic flow and retention
  • Develop planning materials, forecasts, and performance measurements to set up projects for success and optimize results
  • Communicate marketing objectives, strategies, and progress to key stakeholders effectively
  • Analyze performance, behavioral, customer, and market data to optimize digital outcomes
  • Create and implement test-and-learn plans to improve digital experiences using consumer and market insights
  • Analyze and present Prepaid Digital channel performance to business stakeholders
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
  • 4-7 years Experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising, eCommerce or similar field
  • 4-7 years Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • 4-7 years Cross-functional project management experience
  • 4-7 years Internet B2C commerce experience responsible for site merchandising (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Direct experience working in wireless or other e-commerce (Preferred)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint Ability to distill complex and multi-facited strategies and articulate narratives into slide format
  • Microsoft Excel Ability to source and manipulate complex data sets, including leveraging pivot tables and V-lookup
  • Web Content Management Skilled at managing content portfolios and how to govern allocation and optimize for business goals
  • Tableau Ability to build dashboards and other data visualization using tools like Adobe Analytics or Tableau
  • Segmentation Ability to develop customer segments and tailored content to increase engagement and drive business outcomes
